The one where they FORGOT THE RINGS!!! I know they won’t mind me announcing it to the World. Laura and Kieran are the ultimate laid-back, loved-up pair who are totally smitten with each other just adore their little boy, Oscar. Their day kicked off late afternoon and yes…THEY FORGOT THE RINGS. Before we all threw off our jewellery and had them married off the Father of the Bride bounded in with them…PHEW!
This was my first time shooting at Danby Castle and I can’t wait to go back there. Honestly, it’s just stunning. Close to Whitby but far enough into the Yorkshire Moors to feel isolated and with panoramic views you’d be hard to beat it. We had the beauty of all the purple moorland heather on show too but CHRIST the midges up there were some of the most annoying little feckers I’ve ever experienced so we didn’t hang around up there for couple shots for too long before we retreated to the Castle ruins.
Laura + Kieran thank you SO MUCH for having me by your side in Danby. You’ve introduced me to a tiny corner of the world I’ll forever hold close and to top it off I got to hang out with you two and your fab bunch of friends and family. I wish you all the love and happiness in the world. MWAH!
