A Devonshire Fell wedding on Thursday and the very next day back to its sister hotel, The Devonshire Arms Hotel in Bolton Abbey for Claire + Ryan’s BIG DAY!
Guests arrived in Bolton Abbey courtesy of a Vintage bus. Ryan hopped off with his two Best Men and Ushers and a massive smile on his face. Claire was out of sight in one of the hotel suites with her Bridesmaids enjoying the preparation stage. She looked utterly stunning in her Justin Alexander gown!
Ryan waited patiently for his Bride and after an emotional ceremony they left the wedding room as Mr + Mrs Villiers and made for the formal gardens for Pimm’s and canapes. Lawn games were set up in the grounds of the hotel and luckily the August sunshine had its hat on so the wedding party could make the most of the stunning venue.
After a few formal group shots the guests were called back into the hotel for the wedding breakfast-the food here is exceptional!!
The speeches were a mix of emotions for the top table and lots of laughs were had. Their evening guests started to filter in for the cutting of the cake and the couples first dance together.
Congratulations to Mr + Mrs Villiers!! Such a great couple and such fun to be with 🙂
