Wow. The best of 2022! Double-whammy weddings and what an absolute blast its been. Exhausting but brilliant! If you blinked in 2022 you’ll have missed me 🙂 I’ve sat at my desk far too late into the evenings but its all worth it. I’ve travelled up and down the country to hang out with you lovely lot. Racked up 12000 reward points on McCafe’s. Moved house and created a lot of dust. Climbed Mt Snowden and shot at some truly amazing venues. Some ol’ favourites and some new. The Tithe Barn is a firm favourite of mine now and I’m blessed to be amongst their recommended suppliers.
Ooh and I won an award – Georgie Beck Photography. Highly commended Photographer for Yorkshire & North East. Get me!
I feel like this was the first proper year back for us all and the emotions were high. The parties were bigger and louder than ever. The tears rolled faster and more readily. The sunsets were incredible. The beer poured for longer and the days seemed to roll into one hazy cloud of love, friendship and laughter.
If you were part of my crew in ’22 then you’ll spot yourself as you scroll. A huge, massive thank you to all my couples that have booked me, the venues I’ve worked at, the suppliers I’ve collaborated with, the caterers that have fed me but most of all my couples and the guests that shared each and every wedding with me. You truly are the best and I’m eternally grateful!
